Our Services include the sale of socks (including casual socks, athletic socks, dress socks, fashion socks, and specialty socks) through our physical stores and online website, as well as related customer support, order processing, shipping, and return services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our Services, or any part of any product offering, at any time without prior notice.
Product Information and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our socks, including descriptions, images, sizing, materials, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to manufacturing processes, colors, textures, or sizes may vary slightly, and images may differ slightly from the actual products.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or mistake, we may cancel your order for that product and refund any amounts you have paid, or offer to sell you the product at the correct price.
4. Order Acceptance
An order submitted by you through our website or physical store constitutes an offer to purchase the socks or other products you have selected. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any reason, to accept or decline your order, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product pricing or description, suspected fraud, or incomplete or inaccurate order information.
An order is deemed accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email (for online orders) or provide you with a receipt (for in-store orders). Prior to acceptance, we may contact you to verify order details or resolve any issues that may hinder order fulfillment.
If we decline your order after you have made payment, we will immediately refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our socks and other products are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. All payments are processed immediately upon order submission, and payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the total amount of your order to your chosen payment method. If your payment is declined, we will notify you and may cancel your order unless payment is successfully processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Shipping Policy
Our shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key details include:
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Canada).
Order deadline time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the same business day.Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time: 3-5 business days within Canada (up to 7 business days for remote areas).
Shipping Fees: Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Shipping Locations: We ship exclusively within Canada.
Shipping Partner: We ship all sock orders via UPS.
For larger or bulk orders, delivery will be completed via UPS Truck Delivery. The driver may contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time, so please make sure someone is available to receive the package.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

7. Refund and Return Policy
Our terms regarding refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key details include:
Eligible Returns: Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the description provided on the website.
Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original packaging and tags intact; certain items are non-returnable.
Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return and Exchange Process: Contact Customer Service to initiate a request, ship the item(s) to our store address (100 King St W, Toronto, ON M5H 1P9, Canada), and we will inspect and process your request.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and will be credited to your original payment method (funds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank).
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs incurred due to our error will be covered by us; costs incurred for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights pertaining to our website, services, and products—including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, brand names, product designs, images, text, and software—are owned by Legs Beautiful or our licensors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Legs Beautiful, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors—or Shopify and its affiliates—be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legs Beautiful, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Service.
