1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

- The wrong item or size was shipped from our store.

2. Return and exchange conditions
In order to be eligible for a valid return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition.
- All original packaging, labels and markings must be intact and not removed or damaged.
- No stains, odors, tears or personal alterations on the socks.
3. Non returnable items
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged due to personal use or items that do not have their original packaging and tags.
4. Return period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond the 30 day period will not be accepted.

1. Please contact our customer service via email or phone first to apply for a return and obtain official return instructions.
2. Pack your original unused socks securely in all original packaging.

4. After shipping your package, please provide us with your return tracking number for verification.
5. Our warehouse will inspect the returned items after receiving them.
6. Exchange process
1. Contact our support team to request an exchange and let us know the new sock size, style or type you would like to exchange.
2. Make sure the returned items are unused and that the original packaging and labels are intact.

4. After we receive, inspect and confirm that your returned item meets the conditions, we will arrange to send you a new replacement item as soon as possible.
7. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned package and confirm that it complies with our return policy, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Your full refund will be credited back to your original payment account.
Generally, refunds will be reflected in your account within 3-7 business days.
Please note that the actual arrival time of your refund may vary, depending on your card-issuing bank's processing schedule.
8. Return and exchange shipping charges
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (defective product, wrong shipment, quality issue), we will bear all return shipping costs.
- If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons (unwanted style, customer selected wrong size, personal preference), you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
9. Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any additional fees and will issue a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive your item, you must follow our standard return and refund procedures.
