1. Order processing time

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days from date of purchase.

2. Order deadline time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (GMT-04:00) will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping time

Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your specific location.

4. Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

5. Shipping area

We only ship to addresses within Canada.

6. Delivery partners

We ship all sock orders via UPS.

For larger/bulk orders, delivery will be completed via UPS Truck Delivery. The driver may contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time, so please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

7. Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any additional fees and will issue a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once you receive your item, you must follow our standard return and refund procedures.
